Alexandra specializes in guiding families through the childbearing years from preconception and birth to postpartum recovery and beyond. She has been a part of the Pre/Postnatal Program at Yogaspace for 6 years. Her yoga classes are enriched by the perspective and knowledge gained from her experience as a parent, doula, childbirth educator and holistic nutritionist. She believes that Yoga brings a connection to breath which helps us ride the tide of life in any situation – during a joyful moment, the waves of labour or an all-nighter with a new born. Her classes are rooted in breath and movement, nurturing strength, resilience, and flexibility during the inner and outer changes of the childbearing years. She also offers private sessions for individuals or in small groups providing her clients with specific tools, hands-on guidance and practical information.
