Jennifer Gillmor

Jen is a graduate of the Yogaspace teacher training program with additional Flow Yoga training with her favourite teacher Bibi Rahim-Hahn. She has been doing yoga for over 20 years. A Holistic Massage and advanced Thai Massage Practitioner, she combines her bodywork experience with yoga toward bringing greater physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to her clients and students. She is also a musician and Soundwork Practitioner, sometimes using elements of sound and music to promote deep states of relaxation.

Jen’s Flow yoga classes focus is on clearing physical and energetic blockages through meditation, slow, conscious movement and the long holding of poses, balancing chakras and calming the mind and soul. The body is taken through a well-rounded variety of postures which bring it greater comfort, strength and flexibility while encouraging prana and blood to clear the circulatory and energy systems. Students are encouraged to find stillness in mind and body through which they can come home to their essence and find the peaceful, positive place where we all belong.

As a knowledgable bodyworker, Jen strongly advocates yoga for aging comfortably and gracefully. One is never too young or old to set this path and enjoy the journey along the way!
