Louisa Pucci has been practicing yoga for approximately 15yrs. She did her training at Yoga Space, with Kathryn Beet, Patricia White, and Hali Schwartz. She has done advanced training in the Flow style with Bibi Rahim-Hahn, restorative yoga with Hali and some Ayurvedic studies with Matthew Remski.
Louisa believes that yoga is available to everyone. Yoga practice helps to balance life with longevity, patience, and harmony. She likes to use the yoga postures to explore the mind/ body connection, play with the edges and hopefully find some stillness and gratitude.
