After going through a profound physical transformation, losing 85 lbs and competing in his first fitness show, Mitch discovered a passion for fitness and nutrition 15 years ago.  A Personal Trainer for 11 years, he holds the following certifications and qualifications; DTS Level 1, DTS Level 2, Hardstyle Kettlebell Training, Powerlifting Fundamentals, Nutrition Fundamentals, CanFitPro, CPR and Darby Training Systems.
