Rhian discovered yoga in her early twenties. A graduate of the Yogaspace 200 hour teacher training program, she teaches at various studios throughout the city. She is deeply engaged in the study of yoga philosophy and the practice of meditation and is currently pursuing her 500 hour status through the studio’s 300 hour program. Her focus is on creating a safe space where students feel challenged and supported to explore the connections between breath, body & mind.
Rhian has a diverse background in various movement methods, including martial arts, weight training, and functional bodyweight movement. As a former Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor, she has spent years refining her teaching skills working with adults and children, and competing internationally. As a personal trainer, Rhian has a genuine passion for coaching her clients through a variety of disciplines towards their goals. She has an undeniable enthusiasm for all things health and wellness. Her programs are designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination and her focus is on creating safe space where individuals feel seen, supported and challenged.
