In this fluid series of deep core exercises and gentle joint release work accompanied by great detail, Slow Movement enthusiast, Pippa Domville, encourages a full, rich use of the breath to release held tension in the hip joints and shoulder girdle. This stimulates the structural muscles of the core, pelvic floor and lower back and provides a strong foundation of support for us to initiate movement from a free flowing spine. A harmonious blend of music and voice create an intimate, soothing virtual experience where images are offered to encourage a deep sense of joy and play.
