The effects of pregnancy and birth, not to mention the physical demands of motherhood can leave women feeling weak, disconnected and in pain.

Join Laura Wood, prenatal and postnatal yoga+pilates teacher, Core Confidence Specialist and doula, as she offers women a balanced, whole body approach to postpartum re-training.

Each class is a blend of yoga and pilates and is specifically designed to restore your body from the inside out so you feel stronger and more confident.

This 6-WEEK series will help you:
-reduce tense and overworked muscles
-safely and effectively restore core function and strength
-create overall strength and support for your body
-promote relaxation so you feel calm and grounded.

This series is for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have received clearance from their health care provider for exercise. All babies up to early crawlers welcome.

 

Workshop and Pre-registered Class Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or pre-registered series. No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins.
There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed classes within a workshop or pre-registered class.

All fees are subject to HST and are in Canadian Dollars.
