All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All fees are subject to HST and are in Canadian Dollars. Class pass packages expire 1 year from date of purchase. Class passes and memberships may not be extended, refunded, returned, exchanged or transferred. Students must be in full attendance at a high school or post-secondary institution. Student/Senior passes are not available for online purchase as I.D is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheques and Cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheques and Cash.
Monthly Auto Renew
Monthly Auto Renew requires a credit card number. Payments will be withdrawn from your credit account automatically each month. There will be a $25 administration fee on late or dishonored payments. Passes on unpaid accounts will be automatically suspended until payment resumes with no extra time being added to the contract. Passes may not be be extended, refunded or transferred. Yogaspace will inform you one month before a contract is complete to arrange for a new contract.
Retreat Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until the Full Payment Due Date of the retreat. No refunds or exchanges will be given after the Full Payment Due Date.
Workshop and Pre-registered Class Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or pre-registered series. No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions within a workshop or pre-registered class.
