This workshop is geared towards beginner to seasoned Yoga practioners interested in learning the foundations of arm balancing.
Emphasis will be placed on safety and playfulness as we build the foundations of, and develop confidence in the poses. We will begin with plank, chaturanga, vasisthasana, camatkarasana, and bakasana. From these basic arm balancing asana’s, we will move into parsva bakasana, galavasana, eka pada koundiyasana I, eka pad koundiyasana II, lolasana, and astakravasana.
Beginners will learn how to sequence poses to prepare the body for entering these postures, while more advanced practioners will learn new variations and their sequences both in and out of these new poses. Gain confidence as well as a deeper understanding, in both mind and body, of the art and science of arm balances.

No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions within a workshop or pre-registered class.
