An intense core work-out for students hoping to deepen their yoga practice and/or core strength.
Pippa will take you through a vigorous yet fluid series of intermediate pilates mat exercises with grace and ease. The work encourages healthy and efficient physical patterns as the students learn to initiate full body movements from the core and find their own optimal alignment.
This course is recommended for students who have pilates experience or a strong yoga practice.
Workshop and Pre-registered Class Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or pre-registered series. No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions within a workshop or pre-registered class.
