A deep yet gentle introduction to the original Pilates mat exercises. These basic exercises focus on detailed re-alignment of the spine and slow controlled use of the breath to contact the most supportive back and abdominal muscles.
It is ideal for students hoping to discover or rediscover their core, heal from back injuries or develop finer mind/body awareness.

No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions within a workshop or pre-registered class.
