Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership payments are automatically charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account each month. There will be a $25 administration fee on late or dishonoured payments not settled up within 3 days of your billing date. Unpaid memberships will be suspended until payment resumes with no extra time being added to the contract. Memberships may not be be refunded or transferred. Members can upgrade to a new membership at the end of their current billing cycle, and can downgrade after 4 months of being on their existing membership. Unused passes do not roll over to the next month. Additional $15 passes are for members only and cannot be shared.

Membership Holds

Memberships may be put on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months per year. All holds must be in 2 week increments. Hold requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your billing date. Holds cannot be backdated and memberships on hold cannot be cancelled. Members who wish to put a hold on their membership can make a request by using this form.




Membership Cancellations

Memberships may be cancelled after a minimum of 4 months, with 1 months notice. One additional payment will be deducted after your cancellation (on your monthly payment date), and your membership will remain valid for another month after this final payment. Members who wish to cancel their membership can make a request by using this form.
