Welcome to our studio! If you are a Yoga practitioner who is new to Yogaspace, you can take advantage of our New Student Drop-in Class Pass and begin taking classes on our drop in schedule immediately. If you have never practiced Yoga before, you may want to register for one of our 4 week introductory workshops below.
If you take one of the Introductory workshops before attending any of the drop-in classes, you may still purchase the new student pass special after the workshop is over.

Choose a Drop-in Class that’s right for you

We have something for everyone! If you have never done Yoga before, you can take any of the Gentle or All Levels classes on our drop-in schedule. (It is our recommendation that before taking Vinyasa classes on our drop-in schedule, students either have previous experience practicing Vinyasa Yoga or have completed our 4 week Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga Workshop). Please see our Class Descriptions page for an explanation of Class Levels and the various styles of Yoga we offer.

Choose an Introductory Workshop that’s right for you

You may feel most comfortable beginning your Yoga journey by registering for the 4 week Introductory workshop of your choice (see list below). Here, you will learn the foundations of Yoga alongside a small group of people like yourself. These introductory workshops are taught by knowledgeable senior teachers from our teaching team who provide lots of personal attention and answers to any of your questions. Upon completion of an introductory workshop, you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to begin taking any “All levels” class on our drop in schedule. Talk to your teachers or anyone on the front desk. We want to get to know you and assist you on your Yoga journey. That’s what it’s all about. We look forward to meeting you at the studio!

We offer 2 introductory Yoga workshops for beginners. A 4 week Introduction to Hatha Yoga workshop and a 4 week Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga workshop. Which style you choose is entirely dependant on your temperament and what you are looking for in a Yoga class. If you are an energetic person who enjoys alot of movement and you are interested in a more athletic or dance-like practice, we recommend Vinyasa Yoga. If you are looking for a moderate Yoga practice emphasizing a slow, deep approach to stretching and strengthening, we recommend Hatha Yoga. We also offer Therapeutic Yoga which is simply the most delicious movement and massage experience you can imagine. For details and to register, click on any of the links below.
