Welcome to our studio! If you are a Yoga practitioner who is new to Yogaspace, you can take advantage of one of our 3, New Students Drop in Class Pass options above. If you have never done Yoga before, you may feel most comfortable starting out in one of our Introductory workshops, (see below), where you can learn the basics of Yoga alongside a small group of people like yourself. These introductory classes are taught by knowledgeable teachers from our teaching team who provide lots of personal attention and answers to any and all of your questions and concerns. Upon completion of an introductory class, students have the skills, knowledge and confidence to begin taking Level 1 or All levels classes on our drop in schedule . Also,upon completion of Introductory classes, students can take advantage of one of the New Students Drop in Class Pass options above.

Yogaspace offers introductory yoga classes in a variety of styles to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether you are interested in yoga for stress relief, insomnia, depression, anxiety, weight loss or toning, our menu of introductory classes will provide you with many options for a strong foundation.

Choose a Drop-in Class that’s right for you

All of the following drop-in classes are suitable for beginner’s. It is our
recommendation that before taking any Vinyasa classes on our drop-in schedule, students either have previous experience practicing Vinyasa or have completed our 4 week Introduction to Vinyasa/Fundamentals workshop.
