Drop-ins are welcome but space is limited. If you plan to drop-in, please call ahead to make sure there is space and the class is running.
This course is for women who are recovering from childbirth and adapting to their new lives as Mothers. Stretch tired muscles, sore shoulders, aching hips and stabilize the two major joints in your body that are in recovery.
Take this time to show us your new babe and connect with other new Mom’s as well as teacher/Mom’s from our excellent pre/post-postnatal team.
Workshop and Pre-registered Class Refund Policy
Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or pre-registered series. No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins.
There are no refunds or make-up classes for missed classes within a workshop or pre-registered class.
All fees are subject to HST and are in Canadian Dollars.
