The Art of Baby Massage

In this hands on workshop you will learn how to give your baby a full body relaxation massage while following along with a demonstration. You will have a chance to learn a variety of strokes and techniques that help to increase relaxation and well-being for your baby as well as specific techniques for helping to relieve digestive discomfort. The groups are small to provide for more one-on-one instruction and there is an opportunity for a discussion at the end of the session and a review of all the techniques. It is a great opportunity to learn new ways of connecting and bonding with your baby and to develop a routine of healing touch that can be used for years to come.

Laura Repo-Davis is a certified Infant Massage Instructor and RMT offering Massage Therapy for the whole family. She specializes in pregnancy and postnatal massage.
