According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), “Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of Yoga.”
Healing means “to make whole”. Yoga means “to yoke” or “to unite”. In Yoga, we see each individual as a unique multidimensional being, made up of body, mind, emotions, energy and soul. Each one of these layers interacts with the others; all need to be addressed and united for optimal healing and balance.

This course is open to graduates of a standard 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. The Art and Science of Pranayama, Bandha and Kriya course is strongly recommended as preparation for this course.

Payment is due upon registration to secure your spot. Once payment has been made, refunds may occur up until 48 hours prior to the start date of the workshop or pre-registered series. No refunds or exchanges will be given within the final 48 hours before a workshop or pre-registered series begins. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed sessions within a workshop or pre-registered class.
