Begin your day with a hatha yoga class and awaken
to the sensations through your body. Learn how to move within
your own comfortable range of motion to find ease rather
than strain, fluidity instead of rigidity, lightness in
place of heaviness. During class, invite the body and breath
to slow down so you can develop greater awareness as you
move through each pose. Gentle hands-on assists are provided
for further understanding and to guide you into greater
softness and ease. This class is suitable for students of
all levels.
