In this four week session Pippa will introduce you
to the deeper muscles of your core through a fluid fusion
of Pilates mat work and gentle Hatha yoga.
With an eclectic collection of music and clear positive instruction,
Pippa will teach you a variety of pleasurable techniques which
encourage the release of unnecessary physical tensions and
the development of more efficient muscular patterns, leaving
you feeling refreshed, grounded and free to embrace a new
experience of movement in your daily life.
