Northumberland Heights is a newly renovated century-old
inn, overlooking forested hills north of Cobourg on Lake
Ontario, 1-1/4 hours east of Toronto.
There will be ample leisure time to hike in the woods, sit
by the pond or relax on your own.
Accommodations are in
spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Yoga classes
will take place in the banquet room with a wall of windows
and a view of the lush natural setting.
Delicious vegetarian
meals will be prepared by an experienced chef and served
in the dining room. If you have dietary needs please let
us know in advance.
Bring your own yoga mat.
About Patricia White
Patricia began teaching at YogaSpace in 2005 after 9 years with Esther Myers Yoga studio. Her approach to yoga is inspired by extensive work with Vanda Scaravelli’s senior student, Diane Long. Through skillful hands-on assists and clear explanations she guides students into a full expression of the yoga postures.
