Sundays, 4 - 5:30 pm
April 27; May 4, 11, 18, 25; June 1

With an eclectic use of music and a warm, positive teaching approach, Pippa guides you confidently through a fluid series of exercises drawn from Pilates, Yoga and the Feldenkreis technique.

The exercises are carefully designed to bring the body back to it’s naturally balanced and most efficient alignment, by releasing unnecessary tensions, building greater flexibility in the spine, hip joints and shoulder girdle and strengthening the lower back and core. Emphasis will be placed on a luxurious, healing use of breath, providing the student with a sense of mental ease and well-being, while still being challenged physically.

This workshop will be progressive, moving from more introductory work to intermediate material. Each student will receive personal attention and exercises will be modified according to your physical needs. Students with lower back issues and/or arthritis should consult a physiotherapist before attempting intermediate level work.

This workshop is not designed for pregnant women.
