This pre-registered course is designed for those who wish
to approach their yoga practice in a deep yet subtle manner.
The practice involves the exploration of many of the classical
hatha yoga postures that use gravity as the main assistant.
In that, we are assisted by the use of props such as a wall,
a bolster or several folded blankets as a way of being in
a chosen pose for longer periods of time. This enables us
to let go of long-held tensions that manifest both physically
and mentally.
This extremely popular class typically fills weeks
before it begins.
