Northumberland Heights is a newly renovated century-old inn, with 80 acres of forested trails, located north of Cobourg overlooking Lake Ontario. ( 1-1/4 hours east of Toronto)
There will be ample leisure time to hike in the woods, sit by the pond or relax on your own.
Accommodations are in spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The yoga studio has wood floors and a wall of windows with a view of the lush natural setting.
Delicious meals with vegetarian or meat options will be prepared by an experienced chef and served in the dining room. If you have dietary needs please let us know in advance.
Bring your own yoga mat.
About Patricia White
Patricia began teaching at Yogaspace in 2005 after 9 years with Esther Myers Yoga studio. Her approach to yoga is inspired by extensive work with Vanda Scaravelli’s senior student, Diane Long. Through skillful hands-on assists and clear explanations she guides students into a full expression of the yoga postures.
