This pre-registered class offers a challenging combination of dynamic and static exercises to strengthen the entire body – particularly the abdominals, buttocks and inner and outer thigh. The emphasis will be on core strengthening using our own body weight and foam rollers. You can count on leaving feeling stronger, leaner and longer.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
