This module will take you on a deep dive into Vinyasa Yoga, the practice of coupling breath, movement and intention based on the philosophical concept of vinyasa krama, and Nada Yoga, the yoga of cosmic vibration and deep inner listening. We will touch on best practices for teaching breath awareness and Pranayama practices in the context of led classes before unpacking strategies for offering rhythmic, breath-driven classes with a palpable sense of flow. Learn how to create the kind of thoughtful music playlists that can make a good class great, and a great class feel like pure magic. This weekend will literally and figuratively breathe new life into your teaching career.
