Janick has been practicing Yoga for the past 5 years. She embraces the practice for its tremendous transformative powers physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Her passion and joy for Yoga permeates her teaching and motivates students to go deeper, to
engage fully, to let go of judgement and to face challenges with an open heart.

Janick encourages students to develop an honest, disciplined and therapeutic practice. Her sprightly energy and warm voice make her classes fun and engaging. She aims for her class to be a welcoming home where students will feel safe and motivated to face both the challenges and progress that will colour their journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance on the path of Yoga.

Beyond all this, she ultimately ensures that students will leave her class energized, clearheaded and grounded. It should feel good to grow after all!
