Mike came to yoga after a series of sports-related injuries that left his body battered and bruised. He turned to Yoga on the recommendation of a friend and hasn’t looked back since.

He began with a daily Ashtanga practice and then discovered Kundalini Yoga. Shortly thereafter, he did his Kundalini teacher training with renowned teacher Sat Dharam Kaur.

Mike’s class is a dynamic mix of active poses, inspiring music and deep meditation designed to take the participant deeply into the body and mind. Expect lots of movement, chanting, dancing and sweat, alongside a deeply, transformative experience.

This class is active and vigorous, and particularly suited for athletes and active people. As the owner of Canada’s largest mountain bike holiday company, Mike travels the world with this bike and is no stranger to athlete-related complaints, for which this type of yoga is a perfect fit!
