| With a formal education in Recreation
and Leisure Studies, MJ MacDonald is a true fitness and
health enthusiast. Several fast-paced and high stress management
roles led her to yoga in the mid 90's and she found her
calling.
MJ completed her teacher training at YogaSpace in June 2002.
With a strong focus on Vinyasa and Ashtanga, MJ approaches
her yoga practice and teaching with passion and vigor. Her
students know her as focused, patient and precise.
When she's not on the yoga mat, you'll find her in the local
pool, on a mountain bike or on her blades – so look
out!
