Soo was a Canadian ranked competitive swimmer in her teens and is currently writing a series of articles for SwimNews, (The Canadian Swim Magazine), on Yoga for Swimmers: The Mind and Body Connection. For more information go to www.swimnews.com.

Soo brings a strong sense of physical awareness toher classes, concentrating on body alignment, the breath and the fine line between strength and softness. Her classes are fun, upbeat and sure to awaken your inner fire.She was originally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at YogaSpace. She has since been studying Anusara Yoga with various local and interantional teachers including John Friend. Students will find the Anusara influence strongly reflected in her classes.
