Tanya is a professionally trained ballet dancer and graduate
of the YogaSpace Teacher Training Program. She enjoys teaching
ballet and guiding people through yoga practices and believes
that through yoga people can heal in many ways; emotionally,
physically, and mentally. She values being a part of this
process and sharing her experience and knowledge with others.
Her own physical training began very early with classical
dance and gymnastics, later she trained in contemporary dance
which has remained an abiding passion. |
