Tanya entered the YogaSpace teacher training program after
many years of success as a personal trainer. While in the
program, she became pregnant with her second child. She taught
until days before he was born and was back personal training
not long after his birth.
She absolutely loves her work and has found through her own
Yoga practice a personal sense of calm and ease, which has
permeated every aspect of her life. She endeavors to share
this with others.
Tanya combines her extensive knowledge and experience in both
Yoga and personal training to create a class that is relaxing
and informative and leaves students feeling renewed and energized.
She finds her inspiration through her family, friends, students
and clients and feels extremely fortunate to be able to help
people find balance in their lives through Yoga. |
