$650 + hst
Saturdays, 2 - 7 pm
September 11, 18, 25; October 2, 16, 23
This course will focus on a more gentle, supported yoga
practice for our students. 21 hours will be spent with Hali
learning the principles of teaching this method, as well
as a curriculum of classical postures adapted to suit the
needs of those who require a more subtle approach to physical
yoga. We will learn how the philosophical texts can be introduced
to students as a way of bringing their physical experience
in a pose to deeper levels of awareness.
Shellie Siadatan will teach 9 hours of functional anatomy
as it relates to common injuries in the Axial and Appendicular
skeleton, as well as touching upon Meridian theory which
is an area of long-standing personal study for her.
Hali Schwartz has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 12 years
as well as studying Yoga philosophy, Sanskrit and yogic

her students to discover the best of themselves in the exploration
of these deeply rich Yoga texts.
