Leasa serves the mamas of our community through a unique combination of safe, conditioning movements and calming restorative postures designed to increase the mind/body connection. Her goal is to help women feel empowered and strong during their pregnancy, and beyond. Her teaching style is fun and creative. She works with the pregnant body to allow movement and flows to carefully curated playlists.
She first completed her 200RYT certification in 2015 where she started teaching Hatha Yoga classes upon graduation and maintained a connection to that community for the next few years before moving back to Toronto during the summer of 2017. She included Prenatal Teacher Training (RPYT), under the renowned council and guidance of Sasha Padron and has been part of the YogaSpace community ever since.
She has plans to complete Sound Therapy training during the year 2020 which will allow her to include these modalities into her practice and further enhance her class experience.
