Bibi’s love of yoga is positively contagious. Her enthusiasm can be felt after your first class. As a slow and meditative teacher, Bibi has been practicing yoga for 25 years with a variety of yoga teachers, all of whose influence is felt, especially during her last eight years teaching. An avid meditator, Bibi’s classes offer both physical strengthening and mental soothing.
Her Flow yoga classes are two hours long with plenty of permission to rest and restore
during the class. Open to all ages and levels, this class is a gift.
