STEVEN LOVE

Like many others, I was turned on to yoga to loosen up stiff muscles from years of competitive sports. I was the prime candidate for tight hips and hammies! It took years of inconsistent practice before yoga became a regular part of my life, but once it did, the palpable shift in my state of being after every session was truly impactful. Every practice left me feeling calm, centered and whole and eventually I felt a calling to give back what I had discovered.

After an incredible retreat in Costa Rica, I knew I wanted to snag that 200 hour certification and decided to take Yogaspace's YTT shortly after returning. I have since obtained certification in Restorative Yoga.

I currently teach Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga at both Yogaspace & Breathe Yoga Studio. 

With experience in meditation, I enjoy guiding practitioners through asanas with emphasis on breath, grounding, mindfulness and awareness.
