• All classes and workshops are by reservation only.

    • Please register for classes by clicking SIGN UP on the right side of the screen beside your class of choice.

    • Please register for Workshops on the WORKSHOPS page.

    • Please register for Teacher Trainings through the Teacher Training page.

  • Our front door opens 15 minutes prior to each class and is locked before class begins. Please be on time.


    • Please bring a yoga mat or you can borrow one of ours free of charge.

    • Mats are also available for purchase.

  • We have two small bathrooms and no showers. We recommend you come to class dressed for practice when possible.


    • We have a 3 hour cancellation policy.

    • If you need to cancel a class, please do so 3 hours before the class begins.

    • This will allow time for another student to register in your place.

    • Failure to cancel your class reservation before the 3-hour window will result in a $10 charge.

  • If you are feeling physically unwell, we greatly appreciate you waiting until you’re feeling better before coming to the studio. 


  • You are not alone friend. The water bottle graveyard is located in the cupboard beside the bathroom, behind the chair in the lounge. (Just ask the teacher on duty if you are unsure where that is). Please come and get your water bottle within 15 minutes before or after any class on the schedule. We donate unclaimed water bottles to Value Village every two months.

  • LOCATION, PARKING AND BIKE LOCK-UP

    • We’re located at 699 College Street on the South/East corner of College and Montrose.

    • Our front door is behind the FreshMart on Montrose with a yellow awning above the door.

    • There’s lots of free street parking on Montrose and neighbouring side streets.

    • There is paid parking on College Street and in the Metro/Shoppers Drug Mart parking lot one block West of us.

    • The parking space beside the studio does not belong to us. Please do not park there.

    • There’s a long iron fence between the FreshMart and the studio for bike lock up.

    • Please do not lock bikes to the bannister in front of our door and adjacent to our neighbours parking space.
