  • The Yogaspace 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program provides a strong foundation in all aspects of practicing and teaching Vinyasa and Classical Hatha yoga.

The program happens twice annually in the Spring and in the Fall and takes place in the studio and online over twelve weeks with the yoga philosophy portion being offered virtually over ten Wednesday evenings while the practical training takes place in the studio over twelve weekends.

The program concludes with an (optional) teaching practicum on the Yogaspace schedule. For twenty four years Yogaspace Community Classes have proven to be an essential component of our graduate success rate, serving as a breeding ground for confident, capable teachers.

By certification, our graduates have developed the discipline of a personal yoga practice alongside the knowledge, skill and experience to begin teaching successfully in a variety of settings.

Graduates qualify for RYT status with the International Yoga Alliance and have the pre-requisite for further yogic studies at the 300 hour level. For quality assurance, we take a maximum of 18 students per session.
