NIKKI GAUCI
For as long as I can remember, movement has been an important part of my life. I found sanctuary in the yoga tradition at a young age and quickly fell in love. Yoga offered me a place to land and to connect. I have been studying and practicing for 17 years and teaching for 11.
I am always interested in evolving my practice as it deeply inspires what I teach. From Vinyasa, Hatha and Flowyoga, to Restorative, Meditation, Breathwork and Yin, my offerings are often a slower pace where I encourage deep breathing, rest and relaxation as a form of self care and body/mind connection.
For the last 6 years I have been exploring the restorative benefits of Deep Listening and Sound Meditation (Sound Baths). Through sound, movement and breath I hope to guide others to a place where they may find grounding and nourishment.
I have been with Yogaspace since 2017 and I’ve loved watching the community change and grow together. You can find me on Wednesdays at 7:30pm for Yin/Restore with Sound Bath and on Thursdays at 12pm for Flowyoga.
